Coffee Cookies
Soft and aromatic cookies with coffee flavor.

Ingredients
- 2 cups of Caffitaly ristretto coffee
- 370g flour
- 120g sugar
- 120g butter
- 6g baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- Powdered sugar to taste
Instructions

Work the softened butter with sugar until creamy

Add the egg, yolk, and coffee, mixing well between each addition

Fold in the flour and then the baking powder

Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes

Form small balls and place on a baking sheet with parchment

Bake at 180°C for 12-15 minutes
Barista Tip
The cookies will harden as they cool, so remove from oven when still slightly soft.
