Coffee Bundt Cake
Classic Italian ring-shaped cake with coffee flavor.

- 3 cups of Caffitaly coffee
- 250g flour
- 180g sugar
- 150g butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 packet baking powder
- Powdered sugar to taste

Beat the eggs with sugar until fluffy

Add the flour and coffee, mixing with a whisk

Melt the butter and fold it in along with the baking powder

Pour the mixture into a 20-24cm diameter mold

Bake in the lower part of the oven at 180°C for 45 minutes

Let cool and dust with powdered sugar
