Smooth mascarpone cream with coffee notes, perfect as a dessert or filling.

Ingredients
- 1 cup of Caffitaly coffee
- 250ml milk
- 250g mascarpone
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Instructions

Mix the sugar, flour, and egg yolk in a pot

Add the milk little by little while whisking

Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened

Cover with plastic wrap and let cool

Add the mascarpone and coffee, mix until smooth

Serve in individual glasses
