Coffee Crêpes
Thin crêpes with coffee aroma and a touch of cinnamon.
Crescendo
Ingredients
- 1 generous cup of Caffitaly Crescendo coffee
- 125g flour
- 100g brown sugar
- 50ml milk
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 eggs
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Salt to taste

Prepare the coffee and let it cool

Sift the flour into a bowl

Add the milk, coffee, and melted butter

Mix avoiding lumps and add the eggs

Add salt and cinnamon, mix until smooth

Refrigerate covered with plastic for 30 minutes

Cook in a greased non-stick pan
