Raspberry Shaken Espresso
Refreshing shaken espresso with raspberry notes.

- 1 cup of Caffitaly Espresso Lampone
- 4 ice cubes
- 2 teaspoons liquid or regular brown sugar
Instructions

Put the glass and shaker in the freezer for a few minutes

Place the ice cubes in the cold shaker

Add the sugar

Pour in the freshly brewed coffee

Close the shaker and shake vigorously for 20 seconds

Pour into the glass while holding back the ice

Garnish with raspberries if desired
