Coffee Jam
Original apple jam with intense coffee flavor.
Espresso Gold Medal Kimbo
Ingredients
- 1 cup of Caffitaly Kimbo coffee
- 6 apples
- 400g water
- 350g sugar
- 1 lemon
- 1 vanilla pod
- 1 shot of brandy
Instructions

Boil the water and add the prepared coffee

Cut the apples into small pieces and purée them

Mix the coffee with vanilla, lemon zest, and sugar

Cook over low heat, stirring frequently

Blend the mixture in a processor

Return to heat for 5 more minutes

Let cool before jarring
