Coffee Plumcake
Fluffy sponge cake with intense coffee aroma and chocolate chips.

Ingredients
- 350ml Caffitaly coffee (about 7 cups)
- 400g flour
- 250g sugar
- 150g dark chocolate
- 100ml sunflower oil
- 16g baking powder

Prepare the coffee and let it cool

Mix flour, baking powder, and sugar in a bowl

Add the oil and coffee, mix with a whisk until smooth

Chop the chocolate and add it to the mixture

Pour into a loaf pan (25.5×11.5cm)

Bake for 20 minutes at 190°C, then 45 minutes at 160°C

Let it cool completely before unmolding to prevent breaking.
