Lemon Prezioso Shakerato
Elegant shaken coffee with subtle citrus lemon notes.

Ingredients
- 200ml Caffitaly Prezioso coffee
- 250g sugar
- 125ml water
- 60g lemon zest
- 24 ice cubes
Instructions

The day before: cut the zest into fine julienne strips

Boil the water with sugar and zest for 9 minutes

Transfer to a bowl, cover, and refrigerate overnight

Prepare the Prezioso coffee and let it cool

In a shaker, mix the coffee with lemon syrup and ice

Shake vigorously and serve, straining out the ice

The lemon syrup should be prepared 24 hours in advance for the flavors to meld.
