Chocolate Coffee Salami
No-bake Italian dessert with chocolate, cookies, and coffee.

Ingredients
- 2 scant cups of Caffitaly coffee
- 250g dark chocolate
- 250g Digestive cookies
- 75g powdered sugar
- 30g softened butter
- 10g unsweetened cocoa powder

Chop the chocolate and melt it in the microwave

In a bowl, mix the powdered sugar with butter

Add the melted chocolate, cocoa, and room-temperature coffee

Fold in the roughly crushed cookies

Place the mixture on parchment paper and shape into a cylinder

Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before slicing
Barista Tip
Dust with powdered sugar before serving to simulate the look of a real salami.
