Coffee Semifreddo

Ingredients
- 1 generous cup of Caffitaly coffee
- 350ml heavy cream
- 100g mascarpone
- 80g sugar
- 50g dark chocolate
- 5 egg yolks
- Coffee granules to taste

Prepare the coffee with sugar and heat until it reaches 121°C

Beat the egg yolks until fluffy

Pour the hot coffee into the yolks while beating continuously

Continue beating until you get a firm, cold cream

In another bowl, whip the heavy cream

Fold the mascarpone and whipped cream into the coffee mixture

Pour into individual molds and freeze for at least 4 hours
