Tiramisu Truffles
Delicious tiramisu balls coated in cocoa.
Amaretto
Ingredients
- 2 cups of Caffitaly coffee
- 250g mascarpone
- 160g ladyfinger biscuits
- 60g powdered sugar
- Unsweetened cocoa powder to taste

Prepare the coffee and let it cool

Crush the ladyfingers in a processor until powdered

Mix the mascarpone with powdered sugar and coffee

Add the crushed ladyfingers and knead until compact

Form small balls with your hands

Roll them in cocoa and place on a tray

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving
Barista Tip
For an extra special flavor, use coffee made with flavored capsules like Amaretto.
