Tiramisu in a Glass
The classic Italian dessert served in elegant individual portions.

- 4 cups of Caffitaly coffee
- 250g mascarpone
- 100g ladyfinger biscuits
- 100g sugar
- 2 eggs
- Cocoa powder to taste

Prepare the coffee and let it cool

Beat the egg yolks with sugar until fluffy

Add the mascarpone and mix well

Whip the egg whites until stiff and fold into the cream

In each glass, alternate layers of cream and coffee-dipped biscuits

Finish with a layer of cream and dust with cocoa powder
